    Use a workbench, August 20, 2010

Assemble the cart using a workbench. During assembly the cart is awkward to balance. Aligning bolts are tricky. Otherwise putting the cart together in less than one hour. The cart is perfect for my needs. The outboard is well-balanced and the cart wheels around easily. I would recommend it.

Great final result, November 4, 2011
This review is from: 15 HP Folding Outboard Motor Cart & Engine Stand

The product 15 HP Folding Outboard Motor Cart & Engine Standonce assembled was exactly what I needed. A cart that could run over rough terrain (gravel, dirt, lawn) without sinking in under weight of 9.9 4cycle Mercury.
The hard part was assembly. Toss the instructions away, they are worse than useless. Assemble from the pictures and logical construct thinking. I ordered two units. One had the right bolts and nuts. The other had the wrong thread type and bolt size. We were able to procure the needed replacements for only $5 at local hardware store.

So, good product- miserable instructions and iffy quality control on parts in the package.
